• A waiver form must be completed for each participant before the abseil.
• Participants under 18 must have the waiver completed by a parent, guardian, or supervising adult.
• If your abseil is postponed due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled to the next suitable available date.
• Glasses and hearing aids may be worn as long as they are secure and not at risk of falling off.
• Participants must be:
  • At least 10 years old (with parental consent if under 18)
  • Over 1.2 m in height
  • Under 19 stone (120 kg)
  • Able to wear the safety harness (maximum waist 130 cm, maximum upper thigh 75 cm)
