Experience the thrill of the Anfield Abseil at Liverpool FC​ Stadium

We went on the tour as a family of 4 on my Dad's birthday. On arrival the member of staff who welcomed us was really helpful when we informed her that my Dad's mobility wasn't great she offered us the loan of a wheelchair which made the experience for my Dad so much better. The tour was great very informative and it was amazing seeing the changing rooms, press room plus loads of other areas. The staff on the day were all really helpful and knowledgeable about Liverpool FC. As a Liverpool supporter this was a perfect day out.

The Anfield stadium tour was a great experience. I enjoyed walking through the players’ tunnel, sitting in the dressing room, and standing pitch-side. the whole atmosphere was unforgettable

Very quick entry and super friendly staff who try to make the visit special. My mum was treated like a VIP. She stuggles with stairs and escalators but lots of fuss was made of her and she was shown to a lift every time.

The stadium staff were all really friendly and enthusiastic when explaining things. Made my 2 daughters laugh. We turned up and hour early by mistake but we're still around to go in early no trouble.

It was a memorable moment. I was happy to see the famous 2005 instabul champions League trophy. I watched the match as a teenager in Nigeria so it's so refreshing to see the trophy life.I urge every football lover to go to Anfield and enjoy the moment regardless of the club you support. As a Barca fan myself I was happy to be there.

Was down in Liverpool for a long weekend visiting family and had time to visit anfield stadium it it was a great experience we'll worth it had a really nice day thare

Touring round seeing the massive stadium and seeing the pitch , players changing room , players dining room , conference room was just amazing .

This tour experience was a birthday treat for a grandson and a grandad Grandson has wanted to go to a match for as long as I can remember, but unfortunately we couldn't get tickets so we decided on a tour instead. The whole area at Anfield is electrifying Atmosphere of other visitors, tye friendliness of all the staff, it's just brilliant from start to finish We where taken round by 2 very knowledgeable and friendly men Joe and Tom They answered all questions that where being asked and they have a few little jokes aswel, really nice guys We where all so in awe of walking where our Liverpool players and other celebs had walked Touched the Anfield sign like so many people have, it was just a great day, great experience and memories like this are priceless 🥰 Kids and grandad went home very happy and still talking about it 😊

From the booking until the end of the tour everything was great. The staff were friendly & helpful. During the tour, the guide who was keeping a watch at the back of the tour crowd was a little pushy. He kept telling us to hurry up and move along and people were being rushed to take pictures. So I think the guide at the back needs to be more understanding and just let people take in the experience and take their time getting the perfect pictures. The actual tour guide who was leading was funny and knowledgeable and never rushed us along. At the end of the tour me and family asked to use the multi faith room to say our prayers, however we were told due to the high level of security we wouldn't be able to, but the staff were accommodating and let us use one of the lounges which was thoughtful. I have one downside and that is I was racially abused on the stadium grounds outside by a group of local girls. They saw me walking a little behind my family and they came up right behind me and started calling me names. As a British Muslim I have not been abused anywhere and I did not expect this to happen in Liverpool as I know there is a diverse community there. Also there were some local lads on bikes being a nuisance to passerbys. I would suggest that there is more security presence outside on the stadium grounds aswell so they can keep a look out for incidents like these. All in all though it was an enjoyable and memorable experience for myself and my family especially my children who loved it.

My 2 sons really enjoyed visiting Liverpool's Anfield stadium. We had free parking nearby.

Wow, what a great experience! Everything about this tour and museum was incredible. So clean, organised and the atmosphere was brilliant. The staff are so helpful and funny, so easy to talk to and always having a funny, cheeky scouse sense of humour with a tale to tell. Anfield has so much history and success and super proud of there team, supporters, stadium and community. Highly recommended.

The Liverpool experience is one of the best experiences of my life and to share it with my daughter was simply wonderful ❤️. Just to be inside the Stadium was very emotional. I've loved Liverpool FC since a very young boy growing up in Scotland. It's my dream to be able to take my daughter to a home game some day but the tickets are near impossible to get hold off. All in all to walk in the footsteps of my heroes was a dream come true. Couldn't fault anything. Thankyou Liverpool FC. You'll never walk alone

We had a fantastic time touring Anfield. Ticketing was seamless, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour to any football fan!

The whole tour was a fantastic experience. All involved in running the tour were so incredibly friendly and it showed the family feeling that runs through the club. John Aldridge was fantastic and again a true role model for Liverpool FC and Liverpool in general. Very impressed and coming from a Leeds Utd supporting 60 year old Yorkshireman, that is indeed a grand accolade!!!

Very enjoyable tour of Anfield and really enjoyed the question and answer session with Ian Callaghan who was excellent.

Well organised, easy to go around & the staff were very quick to show me the way to the lifts as I use a walking stick. You get to see the home & away changing rooms & sit on the players seats in the changing room. We walked down the tunnel & touched the badge before being allowed pitch side. All the staff we encountered were lovely, polite & friendly with typical Liverpudlian wit!

I really enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Really easy paced and very enjoyable. I have wanted to do the stadium tour for years and finally made it happen on 7 September. Just brilliant, my wife and sister are not football fans yet they thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Very slick, well organized tour. You get a 3-in-1 pass to the Q&A with a legend, stadium tour and entry to the club museum. Thommo was excellent value but if he ever meets any Spurs fans again pls ask him not to mention playing in a team that thrashed us 7-0 in 1978. There were way too many people, we were waiting for 1 hour to get started. It felt unpersonal, more like Walt Disney World, than my original feel of Liverpool FC should be.

Great day out, done The Legend's tour so heard some great and emotional stuff from Steve McMahon for over an hour, obligatory photos and signings included as well as a signed tour guide book, staff were absolutely brilliant, funny and informative, unlimited photography allowed on all parts of the tour. Favourite part was touching the "This Is Anfield" sign not facing the photographer as heading towards the pitch which so many players have done before.

The conversation with Ian Callaghan was just brilliant.

Absolutely loved our instructors and the staff in the stadium, especially Steffi who was very patient with my hubby who was nervous. Cannot thank you enough for the wonderful experience we had.

Abseil was booked for my partner as a birthday gift. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience, easy to access where to go! People onsite where very friendly and welcoming to our children also!.

In the page, it wasn't tell you will need to navigate yourself to places. I got email saying that this is not an escorted tour but another email from Headout says I need to go at meeting point to checkin so it's very confusing. The tour isn't include transportation from train station to the stadium which is strange so why you call this a tour? It's just one-go booking service of train tickets and stadium tour and that's it. You should change the headline so to avoid confusion.

Super easy - train ride was wonderful. The tour of Anfield was awesome. Tour guide was were knowledgeable.

It is handy to have this ticket but I would not pre book again. It works out more expensive than getting offers once there. Also, one of the attractions was closed and it was planned so we should have been told about this

The availability of having the access to go where we wanted. All the attractions being close by and being excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend A++++
